WHAT IS VISBODY?

We are one of the first few Personal Training services to acquire Visbody, a medically-graded body analysis machine, which separates us from other commercial gyms with conventional body composition machines. Our trainers are then able to give tailored recommendations when planning fitness programmes and nutritional guidance.
