Rachel believes that training should be simple, understandable, and approachable, especially for clients who are new to the gym or have struggled with consistency in the past. Her philosophy focuses on using cues that relate to everyday movements so clients can easily understand the exercises, build strong mind-muscle connection, and progress into more complex movements with confidence.
Her personality is warm, encouraging, and energetic. Rachel loves making training enjoyable while still challenging, always motivating clients to go for one more rep and break boundaries they never thought possible.
She primarily works with young to middle-aged clients, helping them achieve weight loss and strength goals through personalised workouts, progressive overload, and nutritional guidance when needed. Rachel encourages open communication, welcomes questions, and debunks fitness myths to help clients train with clarity. She firmly believes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach and that transparency between coach and client is key to long-term progress.
Her training belief: Progress through clarity, confidence, and consistency.
